It is no longer free. They charge you $47 a year, however, if it would keep my children safe on the internet then you can not put a price on it.

I am not sure why you said it is not free but as of right now it is free. I just went and looked and you can see this at http://noahsinternet.com/products. Get it now whil you still can protect your children with the only kid safe browser that is Christian based. It has great parental controls that will help make the Internet safer for your children.
